An opening 5 is formed on a boundary line between a seat part 2 and a back part 3, and in the state of expanding a plurality of veneers like a flat plate, the seat part is divided into two right and left plate parts 2A, 2B at a fan-shaped space from the opening to the front end side, and joining end parts 2A1, 2B1 opposite to each other of the two plate parts are opened at a first angle α by the fan-shaped space. The opposite joining end parts of the two plate parts opened at the first angle are closed, and the seat part and the back part are molded with the back part curved to rise to the seat part by press working.
