To provide a shift collar and cuff finishing machine capable of giving a press finish to tucks and cuffs of a shirt at the same time as well as easily and speedily setting the cuffs, reducing the width of the machine, and pressing the collar and cuffs of a shirt with a small pressing pressure.

This shirt collar and cuff finishing machine comprises a collar ironing board 2 for setting a collar 11 of a shirt 1, cuff ironing boards 5 mounted on both sides of the ironing board 2, and an ironing part 3 with trowel surfaces 31 on the lower side corresponding to the ironing boards 2 and 5. The ironing board 5 is comprised of a pair of trowel receiving plates 52 to be opened and closed leftward and rightward with a shaft 51 at the upper part as the center and an opening and closing mechanism 53 to push open the trowel receiving plates 52 to be pressed against the corresponding trowel surfaces 31 of the ironing part 3.
