PURPOSE: To prevent drawn wrinkles evolved at the inside of a sleeve from being pressed and to beautifully finish the sleeve.

CONSTITUTION: In an outing shirt sleeve finishing machine having a sleeve raising 2 having a vertical expanding bag 1 at one side, and a heat plate 6 for press-finishing the sleeve 3a of an outing shirt 3 covered on the sleeve 2, the other side of the sleeve raising 2 at its lower position is provided with a sleeve fixing device 10 for pressing and fixing the lower part of the sleeve 3a against and to the other side. The sleeve fixing device 10 is formed of a rising-like pressing trowel 11 forming its upper part 11a in the recessed and curved shape along the curved face at the other side, and an operating mechanism 12 for tilting the pressing trowel 11 to the sleeve 2 in the back and forth direction.
