This pad is composed of a first construction part unitedly formed by padding an unbreakable and flexible sheet along its broad area and made of an elastic synthetic resin in a form of plate, and a second constructive part unitedly layered on the broad area side of the one side of the first construction part and made of a synthetic resin which is softer than that of the first construction part and has a low resilience, wherein the pad is freely put in or taken out from a holding pocket set inside of the piece of clothing, is insertible in a layered state so as to protect the body and can be maintained after taken off from the holding pocket when not used.
