To provide a shrinkable film excellent in oxygen barrier properties, stretchability and transparency.
A shrinkable film is a laminated film having at least one layer comprising a gas barrier resin compsn. satisfying formula I: ln(OTR /22.5)+0.698(Tim-157)<0.06 and formula II: T2-T1≤20 and the average of the longitudinal and lateral shrinkage factors of the shrinkable film after the film is immersed in an oil bath at 120°C for 10 sec is 45% or more. In the formula I, OTR and Tim are respectively oxygen gas permeability (cc/ m2.day.atm) at 23°C and relative humidity of 0% per a thickness 1 μm of the gas barrier resin compsn. and the m.p. of the gas barrier resin compsn. In the formula II, T1 is haze (%) after a film with a thickness of 30 μm comprising the gas barrier resin compsn. is allowed to stand at 23°C and relative humidity of 48% for 48 hr and T2 is haze (%) after this film is allowed to stand at 40°C and relative humidity of 90% for 24 hr.
