Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lower a height of removing a molded article and shorten a cycle of removing a molded article.
CONSTITUTION: In a molded article-removing structure of an injection molding machine consisting of a lateral frame B, such as a tie bar 8 and a rail 13, provided in a mold opening/closing part and a molded article-removing device for removing a molded article out of the machine beyond a safety door 1, the safety door 1 is composed of a safety door body 1a and an upper end cover 1b, and an upper end H1 of the safety door 1 is set to a position H2 coincident with the upper end of the lateral frame B set to an uppermost position. The upper end cover 1b is detachably loaded on the upper end of the safety door body 1a. A height of removing a molded article from a mold by the molded article-removing device is determined to be slightly higher than the upper end of the safety door body 1a.
