Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the signal generator Which efficiently controls the timings of generation or stop of many signals.
CONSTITUTION: The signal generator is provided with a timer 1 which increments the counted value in accordance with a clock signal, coincidence detection means 9 to 16 which output a coincidence detection pulse at the time of coincidence between the inputted timer output value and a set value, and output control means 17 to 20 which control the start and the end of generation of a signal in accordance with the coincidence detection pulse and generate the signal at a set timing. Sequence control means 5 and 8 are provided which correct the counted value outputted from the timer 1 and input this corrected value to plural coincidence detection means as the timer output value. Set values set to correcting means 3, 4, 6, and 7 of sequence control means 5 and 8 are changed to simultaneously shift the generation positions of plural signals by the same time to simultaneously shift the generation periods of plural signals by the same time.
