Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct a phase error.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit acquires: a demodulation signal obtained by performing orthogonal demodulation to a modulation signal obtained by orthogonal modulation; a transmission side carrier to be used in orthogonal modulation; a modulation/demodulation phase difference to be a phase difference from a reception side carrier to be used in the orthogonal demodulation; and a carrier recovery signal that corrects a demodulation signal by a modulation/demodulation phase difference. An error detection part uses the demodulation signal, the modulation/demodulation phase difference, and the carrier recovery signal to obtain a phase error of the transmission side carrier and a phase error of the reception side carrier. The current technology is, for example, applicable to a case such as one that a phase error to be 90 degree's displacement from a phase difference between an I component and a Q component is detected in communication performing the orthogonal modulation and the orthogonal demodulation.
