Abstract:

To provide the silver halide photographic sensitive material to which foreign matters occurring at the time of transferring the original pattern of the photographic sensitive material and foreign matters caused by a photoresist layer subjected to contact exposure are reduced in tendency to attach.

The photographic sensitive material is provided on a support with at least one silver halide emulsion layer and at least one protective layer and the uppermost layer of the protective layers contains an organopolysiloxane and a gelatin or its derivative in an amount of ≤50 weight % of the total solids, and has a film thickness of 0.5-10 μm, and the support to be treated with a developing solution is made of a glass.
