Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a pattern layer of a predetermined thickness on a surface of a molded item of various kinds by using a simultaneous supply device provided with a head that can simultaneously supply two or more kinds of granules across one or more partition members.
CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous supply device is provided with a supply head 10 having two supply ports 11 that can simultaneously supply two kinds of granules across a partition member 12. The supply head 10 has, for example, a triangular cross section. The partition member 12 is so provided as to divide the triangle into halves. The supply ports 11 can be opened and closed by shutters 13 or the like. On the supply head 10, a hopper-form tank 14 for dividedly containing the two kinds of granules is provided. A pattern is formed with the supply of the granules from both or either of the supply ports 11. Alternatively, suction ports are provided in addition to the supply ports 11. A pattern can be formed by suctionally removing a part of granules adhering in a layer form and supplying another kind of granules to the formed recessed part.
