Abstract:

To provide a single phase permanent magnet motor reducing torque pulsation, vibration, noise and improving efficiency without deteriorating the starting characteristics, and exhibiting excellent productivity.

The single phase permanent magnet motor comprising a stator including a stator core having a magnetic pole and a single phase coil, and a rotor including of a rotor core and a permanent magnet arranged in the circumferential direction of a rotor magnet is further provided with a torque generating means different from a magnetic circuit formed between the permanent magnet and the magnetic pole of the stator.
