PURPOSE: To perfectly prevent the mutual fusion deficiency of a foamed synthetic resin beads material by integrally fusing a skin layer composed of a heat-fusible core-sheath fiber to the surface of a foamed molded object composed of the foamable synthetic beads material by the synthetic resin film of the heat-fusible coresheath fiber.
CONSTITUTION: Steam of about 100-130°C is supplied into molds 11, 12 to heat the interior formed by both molds to the molding temp. of a foamed molded object 1 or higher to melt the synthetic resin film 4 of a skin material composed of a heat-fusible core-sheath fiber 5. At the same time, a foamable synthetic resin beads material 13 is foamed under heating to integrally mold a product wherein the skin layer 2 composed of the heat-fusible core sheath fiber 5 is integrally fused to the surface of the foamed molded product 1 composed of the foamable synthetic resin beads material in the molds 11, 12. By this constitution, a product of high quality wherein the skin layer is densely and integrally fused to the foamed molded object can be easily mass-produced at an extremely low production cost.
