Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide fastener which is made only with an injection molding machine and has a insert pin or a box pin formed in uniform thickness around the core part, and the manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION: This slide fastener is made by integrally forming a retaining box (6) comprising a insert pin (6a), box pin (6b) made of a synthetic resin and box body (6c) along a fastener tape (3). Both the insert pin (6a) and the box pin (6b) have periphery face shapes insertable into an element row guide groove of the slider, and the whole from the inner edge to the outer edge is integrally formed oblique toward the surface to the core strip (4) side of the core part (7) against the tape plane of the fastener tape (3). Accordingly resin layers with equal thickness can be formed on both surface and backside of the core part (7) without adding particular facilities preventing peeling on the backside and embrittling the core part (7) and the periphery.
