Abstract:
To provide a slurry coating device which can prevent scatter of thickness of a green sheet due to a viscosity change of the slurry or the like, can enhance a yield of a material by preventing adhesion of unnecessary slurry, and can dispense with a removing operation of the slurry.
In the slurry coating device making the slurry 4 adhere to a carrier film 2 transported in one direction to form a green sheet 5 having a predetermined thickness, at least a front wall of the outer walls 22 (side walls) composing a collecting portion 21 to which the slurry 4 is supplied is composed of the carrier film 2, and the slurry 4 is overflowed from the collecting portion 21 to adhere to one major surface of the carrier film 2.
