To provide a small marine vessel which prevents its hull from being excessively inclined even if only an operator gets on the vessel when the vessel is provided with seats at both the sides of the vessel, and can restrain sailing performance from being degraded.
In a small marine vessel 1 in which an engine unit 10 is mounted in the inside of a hull comprising a bath tub shaped hull 3 and a lid shaped deck 4 almost watertightly combined with each other, and a plurality of seats are mounted over to a cabin 4c which is recessed so as to be provided for the deck 4, the engine unit 10 is mounted roughly at the center in the width direction of the hull, an operator's seat 17 is mounted to one side of the cabin 4c, and a passenger's seat 18 is disposed to the other side, and concurrently, a fuel tank 19 is mounted to the same side.
