PURPOSE: To materialize a small-sized actuator highly flexible in use, which is constituted using a plurality of stationary electrodes being disposed with the longitudinal sides opposed to one another on a board and a plurality of movable electrodes being insulated through insulating layers from a plurality of stationary electrodes and shifting the disposition areas of the stationary electrodes in the directions of disposition, and shifts the movable electrodes by giving a plurality of stationary electrodes potential differences to movable electrodes in order and transmits the shifting force of the movable electrodes to outside.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of stationary electrodes are disposed radially and also movable electrodes 3 are made in conical shape, and three or more plural pieces of conical movable electrodes 3 are arranged radially and that in stationary electrode disposition area so that the radiation center may exist on the axis of the radiation center of the stationary electrodes, and a disk 4, one side of which is made in such conical face as to connect with the periphery of each movable electrode at the same time, is placed on a plurality of movable electrodes 3, and the shifting force of the mobile electrodes is taken out as torque from the disk.
