PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized ship provided with a seat on which a ship- master can be seated in the small-sized ship having a hatch cover for a receiving housing disposed behind a steering wheel.

CONSTITUTION: A hatch cover 5 for a receiving housing is disposed behind a steering wheel 1. A nearly vertical leaning part of a seat 10 is disposed between the steering wheel and hatch cover and the seat surface of the seat is provided nearly horizontally behind from the upper side end of the leaning part. A back rest 21 is disposed above the rear part of the seat surface. A part of this seat is bulged above the hatch cover. Also, a support part on the front side of the seat is disposed in front of the hatch cover, while a support part 14 on the rear side of the seat is disposed on the side of the hatch cover.
