Title:
SMALL SPINDLE MOTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3720266
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of crossover wires or disordered wire, when wires are bundled during a common process and erroneous connection of wires during a common process.
SOLUTION: Two of three wires to be subjected to a common process are taken out of one and the same slot and the one remaining wire is taken out of an adjacent slot, and three-phase stator coils 8 are wound on magnetic poles of an annular core 10. When a winding end common process is carried out, in a small spindle motor provided with a stator coil component with the three- phase stator coils 8 wound on the magnetic poles of the annular core 10, the winding end wire in a phase W and the winding end wire in a phase U are taken out of an eighth slit, and the winding end wire in phase V is taken out of a ninth slit.
