PURPOSE: To prepare comfortable smoking cook by constructing smoking generating part with a storing case of smoking material storing smoking material, a heater heating said smoking material for generating smoking and a stirrer stirring said smoking material.
CONSTITUTION: Fish 3 is hung and stored in a smoking room 2, chip 10 is stored in a case 9 and set in a case storing room 8. Then, a heater is supplied of electricity, the chip 10 is heated, smoking is generated and supplied to the smoking room 2, thus smoking cook of fish 3 is prepared. Furthermore, a motor 20 is also supplied of electricity, a coupling part 22 is revolved and engaged with pin of a shaft 15, then the shaft 15 is revolved, a stirring body 14 is revolved, thus the chip 10 is stirred. By said device, generating state of smoking from the chip 10 is evenly excellent on the whole without deviation, stabilized generation of smoking is obtained and comfortable smoking cook is prepared.
