A frame which is approximately 90 cm by 70 cm has a blade 3 on one of long sides thereof and a thick vinyl sheet having a width equal to the length of the blade and having a certain length is attached to the end of the frame and a handle 8 formed of a pipe is attached to the center of the frame. The handle is fixable in a contracted position, and the end of the frame facing snow, including the blade, is made thin enough to easily bite into the snow.
