PURPOSE: To obtain the solar heat utilizing device which is capable of air conditioning a house automatically and efficiently by a method wherein opening and closing sections which are opened and closed automatically by operating temperature responsive operating devices.

CONSTITUTION: An air outlet port 6 of a solar heat collector C communicates with an inlet port of a heat storage tank H by means of a forward pipe 9 through a fan F and the opening and closing section D1 and an air inlet port 7 communicates with an outlet port of the heat storage tank H by means of a return pipe 10 having the opening and closing section D2. The operating device S1 operates a relay R1 to open the opening and closing section D1 and D2 on cndition that the temperature of air in the solar heat collector C is higher than the heat storage temperature so that it is possible to make the heat storage tank H by circulating high temperature air in the solar heat collector C through the forward pipe 9, the heat storage tank H and the backward pipe 10. When the temperature of the air in the solar heat collector C is higher than a predetermined value and the room temperature is below the predetermined value, a relay R2 is turned ON by the operating devices S2 and S3 to open the opening and closing sections D3 and D4 so that the hot air from the solar heat collector C is discharged directly into the room L1, too.
