CONSTITUTION: This device has a controller 8 furnished with telecommunication equipment 19 to receive a solenoid valve driving data to drive a plural number a solenoid valves connectively provided on a manifold, detection switches 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D are provided on a plural number of cylinders actuated as the solenoid valves are driven, and a judging apparatus 38 to judge quality of the electromagnetic valves is provided on the controller 8.
