Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid-phase particle, capable of producing a carboxylic acid, ketone or oxazole derivative with increased carbon content, and useful for solid-phase synthesis or the like. SOLUTION: This solid-phase particle has a group shown by the formula C(=O)-C(=N2)-Y [Y is H or SiR1SiR2SiR3 (R1 to R3 are each alkyl)]. It is preferable to react a solid-phase particle shown by the formula C(=O)-X (X is a halogen) with a compound shown by the formula R51OH (R51 is H or an organic residue), R52R53NH (R52 and R53 are each R51) or R54SH (R54 is R51), to produce the solid-phase particle having a group shown by the formula CH(Y)- C(=O)-R4 (R4 is OR51, NR52R53 or SR54), or with a compound shown by the formula R6CN (R6 is H or an organic residue) in the presence of a Lewis acid, to produce the solid-phase particle having the group shown above.
