Abstract:

To obtain a solidified body high in strength while holding the sufficient elution preventing properties of heavy metals by mixing incineration residue with a solidifying agent.

A solidifying agent mixed with incineration ash to solidify the ash consists of 1-30 wt.% gypsum, 4-99 wt.% admixture showing latent hydraulic properties such as blast furnace slag and 0-29 wt.% cement. This solidifying agent 10-70 wt.% and incineration ash 30-90 wt.% are mixed and subsequently kneaded with a necessary amt. of water to obtain a solidified body.
