Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution film-forming method capable of well conveying a web while preventing the detachment of the web from a pin tenter even if a feed speed is increased.
SOLUTION: The web 20 sent from a casting part is pushed downward by a rotary biting brush 30 and the pins of a pin tenter 10 is thrust in the web 20 to support the web 20. Cooling air is introduced into a brush cover 40 from a cooling air supply means through a cooling air introducing port 41 to be sent from above to below and the biting brush 30 is cooled in this process. Air is sucked from the interior of the brush cover 40 through an exhaust port 42 by a suction means and dust generated when the pins of the pin tenter 10 are thrust in the web is discharged out of the brush cover 40 by this suction.
