Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate looseness of a shift lever, and improve reliability of select operation by composing a member of a roller, a push-press member for push-pressing the roller, a first groove which is engaged with the roller at the time of a automatic speed change mode, and a second groove which is engaged with the roller at the time of a manual speed change mode.
CONSTITUTION: A detent member consists of a roller 62, a first groove 641 and a second groove 642 which are formed on the side of a guide member 63, and a compressing spring 61 for energizing the roller 62 toward the first groove 641 side and the second groove 642 side. When a shift lever 39 is operated according to an automatic speed change mode, the roller 62 which is supported on a lower part member 57 is engaged with the first groove 641. When the roller 62 is operated according to a manual speed change mode, the roller 62 is engaged with the second groove 642. At this time, moderation feeling at the time of select can be given to an operator by operating force equivalent to the compressing deformation amount of the compressing spring 61. Also, it is thus possible to ensure maintaining force between the guide member 63 and the lower part member 57, and eliminate looseness of the shift lever 39.
