Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spice mix and a coating material for fried foods, capable of easily imparting a strong flavor sustainable for a long time to food products.SOLUTION: The spice mix includes a blend of: 0.1 to 5 pts.mass of one selected from the group consisting of black pepper powder and white pepper powder; 0.01 to 2 pts.mass of one selected from the group consisting of garlic powder and ginger powder; and 0.01 to 2 pts.mass of one selected from nutmeg powder, clove powder, and thyme powder.
