Usually, the claw parts 12g and 13g and the recessed parts 11e and 11f are engaged with each other to surely combine the core 11 and the flanges. Further, rod-shaped tools are inserted from the through-holes 12i and 13i to move the claw parts 12g and 13g in the disengagement direction, whereby the first and second flanges 12 and 13 can be easily separated from the core 11.
