To provide a spray combination faucet that has a sharp appearance and shape formed by using a column as its motif and is equipped with a shower head with a switching mechanism.

This spray combination faucet is provided with a cylindrical body section 7, a cylindrical cover body 24, a holder 22, and a cylindrical show head main body 41. The body section 7 incorporates a hot water supply flow passage j communicating with a hot-water supplier, a water supply flow passage i communicating with a water supply pipe, and a discharge flow passage h for mixed water of hot water and cold water. The cover body 24 with a built in valve mechanism, is fixed to the body section 7 on one end side, and adjoins a valve operating lever body 35 on the other end side. The holder 22 is successively provided from the upper end section of the body section 7 and has a circular cross section. The shower head main body 41 has a rectified flow discharging port 42 and a shower discharging port 43 on its side face and, in addition, a flow passage q communicating with the discharge flow passage h and is provided with a switching mechanism for rectified flow discharge and shower discharge. The main body 41 is constituted so that the body 41 may be switched between a state where the body 41 is held by the holder 22 and another state where the body 41 is pulled out of the holder 22 through a hose 16.
