This springborad comprises the laterally divided frames, lateral inner legs arranged under the near sides of the frames, lateral outer legs arranged under the far sides of the frames, lateral flat bars for connecting the middle parts of the inner legs and outer legs, lateral inner crank arms crossing and extending downward to the near sides of the frames, rotating shafts for rotatably connecting both the inner crank arms, elliptic holes opened around the rotating shafts, lateral outer crank arms supported on the frame bodies far from the inner crank arms and extending downward, crank arm shaft plates extending upward from the rotating shafts, and stopper pins inserted to both the elliptic holes and supported by the crank arm shaft plates.
