In a stabilizer for a rear two-axle vehicle, a first and a second stabilizer arms 33, 34 secured at both ends of a first stabilizer bar 32 are provided on a front side rear axle 11 and a third and a fourth stabilizer arms 43, 44 secured at both ends of a second stabilizer bar 42 are provided on a rear side rear axle 21, and first to fourth link rods 38, 39, 48, 49 vertically extending are provided so as to be pivotally supported at lower ends thereof at both ends of the first and the second stabilizer bars or free ends of the first to the fourth stabilizer arms. Approximately center parts of a first and a second equalizer rods 51 and 52 having upper ends of the first and the second link rods 38, 39 pivotally supported at a front end and having upper ends of the third and fourth link rod 48, 49 pivotally supported at a rear end are pivotally supported by a chassis frame. A third and a fourth equalizer rods pivotally supported by a link rod of the rear two-axle vehicle may be pivotally supported by the chassis frame.
