To provide a stacked piezoelectric element which barely causes separation of a lead member, while the lead member being drawn out from an end face.
A piezoelectric actuator 10 is provided with a stacked body 11, external electrodes 14a, 14b disposed, respectively, on the side faces of the stacked body 11, and glass coating films 19a, 19b covering, respectively, the side faces of the stacked body 11. The stacked body 11 is provided with a piezoelectric active portion 21 in which a piezoelectric ceramics 12a and internal electrodes 13a, 13b are alternately stacked, and an electrode drawing portion 22 in which a piezoelectric ceramics 12b and extraction electrodes 18a, 18b are alternately stacked. An external electrode 14b is conducted to the internal electrode 13a and the lead-out electrode 18b, and an external electrode 14b is conducted to the internal electrode 13b and the lead-out electrode 18b. The electrode drawing portion 22 is provided with through holes 15a, 15b, in the inside of which lead wires 16a, 16b are connected to the extraction electrodes 18a, 18b, respectively.
