PURPOSE: To bring a stamper to the close contact state with the surface of a die certainly and easily by inserting an inner peripheral holder in the die to thread the male screw part on the other end side of said holder with the female screw part of the wheel present in the die and bringing the stamper to the close contact state with the surface of the die by operating the handle of a wheel driving apparatus to lock the wheel driving apparatus in this state.
CONSTITUTION: An inner peripheral holder 16 is inserted in the central hole 15 of a stamper 14 from the male screw part 17 thereof and fitted in the inner diameter part 19 of a movable die 1 whose parting line 18 is opened to thread the male screw part 17 with the female screw part 22 of a wheel 3. In this state, a handle 5 is rotated to rotate a pinion 4 and the wheel 3 and the inner peripheral holder 16 is advanced to the right within the movable die 1 in the axial direction thereof and the stamper 14 is brought into close contact with the molding surface of the movable die 1 and the outer periphery of the stamper 14 is grasped by an outer peripheral ring 27. In this state, the shaft 26 of the handle 5 is tightened by a bolt 25 so as not to loose the handle by vibration at the time of molding.
