Abstract:
To provide a stamper for manufacturing various optical disks and a substrate for manufacturing the stamper.
This stamper for molding the optical disk consists of a Co-based alloy having the composition containing 5.0-30.0 wt.% Mo, if necessary one or both of 5.0-30.0 wt.% Cr and 3.0-10.0 wt.% Ni, if necessary 0.1-5.0 wt.% Fe, and Co and inevitable impurities as the balance.
