Abstract:
To readily remove a staple which runs off from a clincher member from a clincher mechanism.
In a clincher guide member, a guide for guiding the clincher member that is engaged with legs of a staple driven by a driver mechanism to form each of the legs into a bent shape is formed as a through hole that surrounds an outer periphery of the clincher member, and a gap having a size larger than a cross-sectional shape of a wire of the staple is formed around a part where the clincher member located at an inner periphery of the guide and a tip of the leg of the staple abut on each other.
