PURPOSE: To enlarge an opening are per single clutch valve comparatively by enabling the clutch valves to move along the axial line direction of a cylinder block, and arranging them on the outer peripheral part of the cylinder block so as to cross between the first distributing valves and between the second distributing valves adjacent to each other.
CONSTITUTION: Clutch valves 69 are set to be movable along the axial line direction of a cylinder block B, and are arranged in the outer peripheral part of the cylinder block B so as to cross between the first distributing valves 61 and between the second distributing valves 62 adjacent to each other. Thereby, an opening area per a single clutch valve can be made comparatively large so that required number of the clutch valves 69 can be reduce.
