To provide a device detachably attached to a cloth sewing delivery side of a sewing machine, steam-heat finishing not only a seam part but also cloth formed with sewing shrinking and the like including the seam at a prescribed width, and efficiently steam-heating from a sewing start to a sewing finish.
This steam-heat finishing device 1 has a structure of being fixed to a table T mounted with a sewing machine M with a bolt 7, and comprises an iron part 2 jetting out the steam, an iron moving part 3 moving the iron part 2, a vacuum part 4 sucking the steam from the iron part opposed to the iron part 2, a cloth carrier part 5, and a carrier chuck 6 retaining the end part of the cloth sewn by the sewing machine M and carrying to the cloth carrier part 5.
