Abstract:
To provide a steering actuator and a vehicle with a mechanical structure that brings a toe angle of a wheel closer to a neutral state and which can suppress a decrease in responsiveness near the neutral state.SOLUTION: A steering actuator 30 comprises: a pressing portion (ball 74) provided so as to be movable in a thread groove 72 of a worm 70; a guide portion (guide groove 98) for guiding the ball 74 in the thread groove 72 within a movable range 100 along an axial direction (Y direction) of the worm 70; and biasing means 76 for biasing the ball 74 against a pressing force of the ball 74. The biasing means 76 is configured not to receive the pressing force from the ball 74 in a partial range (non-contact range 104) including a neutral position Pn corresponding to a neutral state of a toe angle θr (θl) within the movable range 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
