To facilitate the maintenance of two HST hydraulic pumps installed on a vehicle body and the adjustment of link mechanisms starting from right and left steering levers to a trunnion shaft.
In the vehicle having a pair of hydrostatic continuously variable transmissions formed of hydraulic pumps PL and PR and hydraulic motors, the two hydraulic pumps PL and PR are disposed in the longitudinal direction displacingly to one side of a vehicle body in the lateral direction. The forward and backward rotating operations of right and left steering levers 3R (3L) installed on the sides of an operator's seat are transmitted to the trunnion shafts 4R (4L) of the hydraulic pumps PR (PL) through a mechanical linking mechanism having link arms 5a, 5b (6a, 6b) and rods 37R, 40R (37L, 40L). In this case, relay shafts 5 (6) transmitting the rotating operations of the right and left steering levers 3R (3L) are set above the approximately intermediate position C of a line segment X-X connecting two trunnion shafts 4R (4L) to each other.
