Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem of a deterioration of an accuracy of a three- dimensional rigid object manufactured by increasing a photosetting depth by raising an exposure level when a moving speed of a radiated beam is decelerated in the case of moving the beam in a thin layer in a method or an apparatus for manufacturing the object by photosetting a thin layer by irradiating a liquid- like curable composition with the beam and sequentially laminating the layers.
SOLUTION: The radiating beam is formed in a pulse-like beam. A pulse interval and a pulse width of the beam are controlled to meet a scanning speed of the beam on a surface of the liquid-like curable composition. Thus, the exposure level of the beam becomes constant irrespective of the increase or decrease in the moving speed of the beam.
