Title:
STEREOSCOPIC VISION INSPECTION DEVICE AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING STEREOSCOPIC VISION INSPECTION PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3157483
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of making an inspector observe the movement of the eyes of a person to be inspected in a prescribed inspection by displaying three- dimensional images for which stereoscopic images are moved on a background image at a three-dimensional image display device and judging the stereoscopic vision function of the eyes of the person to be inspected based on information relating to the movement of the eyes of the person to be inspected.
SOLUTION: By generating an image for a left eye and the image for a right eye for which a square image is moved back and forth in a set movement cycle and successively sending them to a second frame memory 16, a square random dot image is displayed on the 3D display device 2 in the state of floating to the background. The images from a CCD camera 3 are successively fetched, the movement of the eyes of the person to be inspected is extracted based on the images and the stereoscopic vision of the person to be inspected is judged based on the extracted movement of the eyes of the person to be inspected. For instance, the cycle of the movement of the eyes of the person to be inspected measured based on picked-up images and the cycle of the square random dot image are compared.
