Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out the stirring of liquid by a simple mechanism in a device conducting suction/ejection of liquid without increasing the device in size.
CONSTITUTION: A stirring nozzle 10 is composed of a nozzle body 12 conducting suction/ejection of a sample and a piezoelectric element 14. The ultrasonic vibration of the piezoelectric element 14 causes the ultrasonic vibration of the nozzle body 12. Liquid 16 can be stirred by the ultrasonic vibration of a top 12A of the nozzle body 12.
