The storage rack 1 is provided with a pair of base parts 2 mounted facing each other, a lower rack 60 and a rotatable upper rack 62, a pair of upper arms 3 facing each other, a pair of lower arms 4 facing each other and a stopper latch arm 5 as a retaining means. When the upper and lower arms 3 and 4 are turned down to prescribed lower positions, the upper rack 62 is turned in the direction to be opened and furthermore, with the upper rack 62 on top, the upper and lower arms 3 and 4 are turned up to prescribed upper positions.
