To provide a storing box for a degreasing paper in which no trouble is produced in drawing-out the degreasing paper even if its roll with is wide, a residual amount of the degreasing paper can be easily confirmed and its strength is superior.

A rolled degreasing paper 3 is stored in a box main body 1 having a lid member 2 integrally fixed thereto. The end side of the lid member 2 is provided with cutter blades 4 for the degreasing paper. A part of the box main body 1 covered with the lid member 2 is provided with an elongated hole 5 having such a size as one in which although the paper 3 does not leap out when the lid member 2 is opened, the paper 3 can be pulled out at its winding end 3a and concurrently a wound state of the fat removing paper 3 can be seen.
