Abstract:
To provide a strap type antenna which is superior in portability and electromagnetic wave shielding performance.
An antenna element 3 formed in a linear or beltlike shape of a conductive member is put in a strap main body 4 made of a nonconductive member, and exposed at both the end parts of the strip main body 4 as electrodes 5 connected to the portable telephone set to constitute the strap type antenna, which is fitted to the housing 1 of the portable telephone set.
