Abstract:

To provide a string musical instrument performing robot capable of easily detecting abnormality, and its control method.

The control method of the string musical instrument performing robot which is the control method of the string musical instrument performing robot for performing a string musical instrument according to a performance data, includes; a step S102 for detecting a pitch of sound generated by vibration of a string by vibrating the string based on the performance data; and a step S104 for detecting abnormality according to a comparison result of a pitch of sound corresponding to the performance data, with the detected pitch.
