This pipe structural member 1 with the deformed cross section is so constituted that parts 1a and 1c to be the functional face and a part 1b forming the design face are formed along the axis in the outer circumferential face. A recessed part 3 is provided along the axis inside a neutral axis in the curve part 2. The structure is constituted by assembling a corner part or the curved part with the small curvature in the curved part of the structure using the pipe structural member 1 with the deformed cross section.
