Title:
TEMPERATURE SENSOR FITTING STRUCTURE AND BOILING STERILIZER FOR CONTACT LENS USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3141197
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To omit soldering work in a lead line, to improve workability, to reduce the number of components and to simplify the structure of an objective electric appliance, etc., by mounting a temp. sensor on a control substrate and putting a part of a heating part on the temp. sensor so as to inspect temp.
SOLUTION: A heating plate 10 is placed on a PTC heater 20 contained in a recessed part. Therefore, the PTC heater 20 is energized by a chevron spring 50 so as to be pressurized on the lower surface of the heating plate 10 and, then, to be heated by the PTC heater 20. In this case, the PTC heater 20 is pressurized by the heating plate 20 so that a second terminal surface 22 is electrically connected to the heating plate 10. But the heating plate 10 is electrical connected to the control substrate 40 by an extending part 11 so that the second connecting part is formed between the second terminal surface 22 and a second power feeding terminal 42. Thus, the lead lines to the temp. sensor B and to the PTC heater 20 are omitted by burdening a part of the fitting structure of the temp. sensor B.
