Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the removal of a connector housing without using a special tool and prevent the mounting of an electrical insulating plate from being forgotten.

CONSTITUTION: In the fitting/removing structure of a connector housing engagedly fitted to a connector fixing bar 14 fixed onto a main distributing board 11 with an electrical insulating plate 5 interposed in between, flanges 3a provided at both side ends of the connector housing 3 are provided with a pair of bar like fitting legs 3c in the separated state. This bar like fitting leg 3c is formed of a locking claw 3b-1 to be engaged with the engaging hole 14c of the connector fixing bar 14, and a stopper part 3b-2 further extended integrally from the locking claw 3b-1 so as to come in colliding contact with the main distributing board surface through the electrical insulating plate 5. Or there are further fixedly provided a shaft part 3c-3 pivotally fixed between this pair of fitting legs 3b, a grip part 3c-2 provided at one end of the shaft part 3c-3, and a rotating cam 3c-1 at the other end. There is also provided a lock release means 3c for releasing the engagement between the locking claw 3b-1 and the connector fixing bar 14 by turning the grip part 3c-2.
