Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent concentration of scraping loads on a part of rakes and disperse the loads by mutually and partially changing the distances of raking claws fixed to a plurality of rake girders arranged in the circulating transfer direction of the rake, in the front and rear rake girders.
SOLUTION: The front face of a main screen installed in a channel is moved upward and the rear part of the screen is moved downward to circularly transfer it up and down, and the rake 5 is tumbled at the lower tumbling part of the lower side of the screen. Refuse is scraped up along the front face of the screen by the rake 5 moving up. The distances of rake claws 5b arranged in rake girders 5a of the rake-circulating dust remover are mutually and partially changed. And further, when the distance between the rake claws is narrowed, refuse is scraped up and discharged by the rake 5 of the following stage. And hence, accumulated refuse can be dispersively scraped and concentration of a large scraping load to a part of rake 5 can be prevented. In this way, it prevents the rake 5 from being brought to a stop at overloading and also deterioration with elapsed time, of the driving chain 1b connected to the rake girders 5a from being accelerated.
